What to expect!

2 Sessions per month, three months.

The first phase of your student career success journey focuses on enhancing your career through six progressive sessions aimed at aligning your strengths, actions, and goals for optimized success.

  • Session 1: Understanding Your Shadowmatch Career Report

  • Session 2: Deciding on an Optimal Career Path

    • With your Shadowmatch insights in hand, we’ll explore potential career paths that best align with your natural strengths. This session is about making informed decisions that set you on the path to achieving the greatest professional fulfillment and success.

  • Session 3: Focusing on Strengths that Drive Success

    • We’ll help you zero in on the specific strengths that boost your likelihood of success. This session focuses on refining your talents to maximize their impact in your chosen career, enhancing your leadership effectiveness.

  • Session 4: Developing Career Progress Actions

    • Next, we’ll identify key actions that will help you progress in your career, like choosing the right subjects. This involves delegating tasks effectively and taking actionable steps that will ensure steady advancement while maintaining balance.

  • Session 5: Building Control Over Career Progress
